Master’s Degree in Business and Administration from Nord University in Bodo.
Research Interests:
Kjell has expertise and interests in Arctic strategies and policies; geopolitics of the High North; and international research and educational cooperation and networking. Previously worked with finance, logistics, foreign policy issues related to humanitarian aid and development aid. Kjell has also gained experience managing NGO’s in complexed relief operations both in the field and at HQ.
